How Long to Wear
- Ideal for 2 to 6 hours of continuous use during activity or recovery.
- For workouts, wear throughout warm-up, training and cooldown.
- For daily use, you may wear them longer as long as they feel comfortable.
- Remove periodically to allow your skin and circulation to rest.

- Slide the sleeve up your leg starting from the ankle.

- Ensure the compression zones sit correctly over the knee and calf.
- Smooth out any folds or wrinkles for even compression.
- Make sure the anti-slip band sits comfortably on the thigh.

- Do not wear while sleeping.
