To preserve the elasticity of the compressions, we recommend hand washing in cold water. You can also machine wash them.
To dry, lay them flat and let them air dry to maintain their elasticity. Do not iron. Do not bleach. Do not dry clean.

Great quality material I recommend
Was medically advised to wear your LONG knee support compression stocking but couldn't justify the 'look'! Settled for your robust knee pad to help support my kneecap.
I like them but meed to order size down from leg sleeves
First order was sent the wrong size and now second order is the wrong size. Shipping takes forever and it's not worth the hassle.
Second pair I've bought, really happy with the sleaves!

I injured my knee running at work and had to have a surgery with 3 procedures that kept me out of work for 2 years. I had not been able to run until I got this knee brace (coupled with the sleeve for running). Since wearing the brace my knee pain is no longer abysmal and I am able to exercise again.
Been training with it and its a game changer! Ordering one for my son too!
I have to have a knee replacement at the end of April, and these knee supports are fantastic would recommend them.

Great knee supports with a soft kneecap ring ideal for yoga and calisthenics. Good fit based on the selector chart. These definitely help my exercise routines. I haven't been on a run with them yet so can't comment on their support for this activity. Delivery was a lot longer than stated.
The fit and support from the Shockproof Combat Kneepads are great. I really like that the adjustable straps let you tighten it for extra stability, especially when I’m squatting heavy weight. I’d recommend this brace to anyone who does leg workouts and wants added support so their knees don’t feel uncomfortable.

Great product for a great price, fantastic customer service, I had a query re how the knee pads went on and they kindly sent a video pretty much straight away. Having worn them for BJJ training they fitted really well and were comfortable. I can honestly say my knees felt as good as new wearing the pads, I didn’t end up with the usual aches after a session, so glad I bought them.
