KniTec is designed to be used as a supplement during your sporting activities. It provides extra support during training or prolonged exertion.

However, it is not necessary to wear it all the time. You can choose to use it only when you want extra support and comfort.

We recommend that you order the next size down for the best fit.

Yes, the compressions can be worn under loose, comfortable jeans or trousers. Each support is 2 mm thick.

Many people wear them while they sleep, but everyone is different. We therefore recommend that you consult your doctor before wearing them while you sleep.

We recommend hand washing in cold water. You can also machine wash them.

To dry, lay them flat and let them air dry to maintain their elasticity. Do not iron. Do not bleach. Do not dry clean.

They are currently made in Asia. We are working hard to bring production back to UK, but the size of our company does not yet allow this. We hope to be able to do so next year. Thank you for your understanding.
