How to measure: relax your arm, slightly bend the elbow, and wrap a soft tape around the widest part of your upper arm (about 10 cm / 4 in above the elbow).

Fit tips: if between sizes choose the larger for comfort or the smaller for a tighter sport fit; if your arms differ, choose based on the larger measurement. Unisex; works on either arm.
