I wore the Reabtec compression sleeves for the entire Castle to Castle 100-mile ultra, and I can honestly say they made a huge difference. I’d been carrying a bit of a quad niggle in the lead-up to the race and wasn’t sure how it would hold up over 100 miles. Once I had the sleeves on, they gave me just the right amount of support without feeling restrictive. My legs felt stable throughout, and the quad issue that had been worrying me never became a problem. After 100 miles of running and walking over mixed terrain, I finished without the discomfort I’d expected. Whether it was the compression, the added support, or a combination of both, they definitely played a big part in getting me to the finish. For anyone training for marathons, ultras, or long days on the trails, I’d have no hesitation in recommending them. They’ll certainly be coming with me on every big race from now on. I didn’t expect it would be that high and comfy quality. Recommend 100% make sure you get the right size i got L and it’s a bit tight.
My knees definitely have noticed the difference in the nearly 2 weeks wearing them. I wear them for gym/karate training and in work as I work on my feet outdoors most days. They are not as painful when even just walking or cycling. My only issue is the silicon strips at the quad. While they are great at keeping the sleeves in place, after a few hours it makes that part super itchy and I get a bit of a reaction.

The support around the knee is excellent without feeling restrictive, and it stays in place all day with no slipping or bunching up. I’ve recently used it on long trail runs and several Lake District hikes, including steep climbs and descents where my knee would normally start to feel fatigued. With this sleeve, my knee felt much more stable and supported throughout. The material is comfortable, breathable, and doesn’t cause any rubbing, even when worn for hours at a time. It’s supportive enough to inspire confidence on rough terrain but still comfortable enough to forget you’re wearing it. I’ve tried several knee supports over the years, and this is easily the best one. If you run, hike, or just need extra knee support during activity, I couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

Great support for my knee and the running experience was phenomenal. My knee felt strong while running and the 6 miles I did, I cruised by effortlessly. The sleeve did not slip or roll down while running.
So far so good! Having recently had ACL surgery, I needed something to support my knee as I built up its capacity again. Plus the full sleeve has meant my knee and other weakened muscles have stayed compressed and warm during cold training sessions.

Can it be worn under trousers or jeans?
Yes, the compressions can be worn under loose, comfortable jeans or trousers. Each support is 2 mm thick.
Can it be worn while sleeping?
Many people wear them while they sleep, but everyone is different. We therefore recommend that you consult your doctor before wearing them while you sleep.
